服務條款：

曼德製藥亞太區官方網店 下稱 “曼德製藥”：

曼德製藥所提供之服務包括但不限於商品展示、購物車、付款及配送等相關服務。

1.使用者資格：曼德製藥之服務僅限於年滿18歲的法定成年人使用。如您為未成年人，需在法定代理人之協助及同意下才能使用曼德製藥之服務。

2.付款方式：曼德製藥所提供之付款方式包括但不限於信用卡、Paypal、轉帳等，付款完成後，曼德製藥將會在3-5個工作天內進行商品出貨。

3.商品退換貨：若您收到的商品有瑕疵或有其他不符合訂單的情況，請於收到商品7天內聯繫曼德製藥客服人員進行退換貨。退換貨所產生的運費由曼德製藥負擔。

4.知識產權：曼德製藥所展示的所有商品、文字、圖片及其他資料之知識產權歸屬於曼德製藥或其他權利人所有。未經曼德製藥或其他權利人之事先書面同意，使用者不得以任何方式進行複製、修改、傳輸或其他任何非法使用行為。

MantraPharm provides services including but not limited to product display, shopping cart, payment, and delivery.

1. User Qualifications: MantraPharm's services are only available to legal adults over the age of 18. If you are a minor, you must use MantraPharm's services under the assistance and consent of your legal representative.
2. Payment Method: MantraPharm provides payment methods including but not limited to credit card, Paypal, and bank transfer. After the payment is completed, MantraPharm will ship the product.
3. Return and Exchange Policy: If you receive a defective product or other issues that do not match your order, please contact MantraPharm customer service within 7 days of receiving the product for return and exchange. MantraPharm will bear the shipping costs incurred in the return and exchange.

Users may not copy, modify, transmit, or engage in any other illegal use without the prior written consent of MantraPharm or other rights holders.
