Food supplement to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and for relaxation.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Folic acid, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function.
Vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and niacin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Combined with plant substances from valerian root extract and passion flower extract.
